Normally our room are available from 1.00 pm.
For all our guest booking from this web site, we offer the possibility of an early check-in (except when the room is still busy by the previous guest due to other requests). We offer also the luggage storage service in the hotel at the arrival.

The reception is open 24 hours. At midnight we normally close our entrance, but thanks to our night guardian the access is always available for all the night long. Also check-in is allowed during the night.

Check-out is at 10.00 am.
We allow every guest to leave the luggage in our storage for free, with no time restriction.

For all the guest we offer a free Wi-Fi connection available in the room and all the hotel’s areas.

Yes, we offer to our guests a generous buffet breakfast in our restaurant. The opening time is from 7.40 am to 10.00 am.
If required and asked in advance, we can provide gluten free goods for the breakfast and for the main meals with no extra-charge.

No, the city tax is a municipal district fee which has to be paied on the arrival at the hotel, for the town of Rimini.
The cost is € 2,00 daily per person, for a maximum of 7 consecutive days. Children under 14 years old are free of charge.

The hotel provides an onsite open-air car park available for 3,00 Euro daily.
For all our “all inclusive” guest there is no charge for the car-parking.
Otherwise, we can offer an indoor garage with a 8,00 Euro charge daily.
Both type of car-park are available without any reservation, subject to availability of space.
Occasionally, can be asked to leave the car keys at the reception, to help the staff moving the cars in the busiest days.

The amount pre-authorized on your valid Credit Card does not generate any liabilities, it is just to “reserve” an amount before your holiday as a deposit confirmation. On your balance you will see the amount requested, because is not available at the moment. It will be available after normally 7 working days (but it depends on your card policies)
The pre-authorization becomes a charge only in case of no-show at the hotel.

In case of cancellation or changes done up to 7 days before the expected date of check-in we do not charge any cost. If the reservation is confirmed by deposit, that amount remains available for another holiday (even one day) during the current summer. In case of cancellation or changes after the term (7 days before arrival date) we charge the full amount of the deposit. In case of pre-paied reservation no money will be give back.
For reservations on other portals or different websites you have to verify the cancellation policies on each of them.

Yes, if you reserve a room on our website is given the possibility to add a dedicated insurance, provided by Allianz Global Assistance. Please examine the dedicate page on the web site for further information.

For all our “all inclusive” guest the beach service is included in the price. Beach service means the use of 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella (for each room) in the beach areas just in front of the hotel.
Otherwise it’s possible to reserve beach service directly once arrived at the hotel (daily or weekly) with our convenient discount agreement at 12,00 Euro daily (2 sun beds and 1 umbrella).
Every guest can choose among all the beaches in front of the hotel, with a discount agreement for guests, with no price difference.
Alternatively, you can go personally to the beach, renting sun beds or umbrellas as you prefer at the price offered by the beach owner.

Indicative opening times for the swimming pool in the summer period are:
– morning from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm
– afternoon from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm
These times can be changed and extended due to weather conditions and to guests peak frequencies.
The pool is steadily supervised by a lifeguard equipped with rescue patent.
When the pool is closed, the relaxation area with sun loungers and umbrellas remains always available, near to the entrance.

All rooms are provided with a own air conditioning system, manually adjustable by yourself in the room. We would like to remember that the air conditioning works only when room’s windows are closed.

For our guests booking from this web site we offer tickets for the main theme park and disco clubs at discounted prices, directly at the reception desk. You can ask once you arrived at the hotel.

Yes, we accept the main Credit Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSì. We do not accept American Express.

Yes, but only if they are small size.
We kindly ask an amount of € 15,00 for the final room cleaning the departure day.

To confirm a reservation we kindly ask a minimum deposit of € 100,00 for holidays up to a week, or a superior amount in case of longer periods. The deposit can be paied with bank transfer, by pre-authorization on a valid Credit Card or with mobile application like payment Satispay.

Full board service included breakfast lunch and dinner in our restaurant at the set times. Tap water is also included in the price.

Our all-inclusive offer included full board at the hotel, beach service with 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella in the beach, and open-air car park (subjected to availability).

Yes. We allow all our guests who have booked bed & breakfast service (even from other web sites) to add lunch or dinner during the holiday. We kindly ask to let us know it at least 24 hours in advance. The usual cost for a meal at the restaurant is € 15,00 per person, and € 18,00 in August. The price included a daily choice of 3 first and 3 second courses with waiter service, together with a buffet of appetizers, vegetables and salads, fruit, desserts and tap water, but other drinks are extra.
On the contrary, if you do not benefit of one or more meals during the holiday we do not give any discounts or reductions.
