BOOK NOW at the best price. No security deposit will be requested at this time. Only 14 days before the arrival date, we will ask for a little deposit to secure your reservation. Change the dates of your stay for free, even at the last minute, just contact us. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. To all those who book directly we offer flexibility, free cancellation up to 7 days from arrival, guaranteed parking space (discounted price of Euro 5.00 per day) or possibility of garage on request at an exclusive price, exclusive and free access to our private swimming pool.

ROOMS

Your room, by the sea! Our rooms are spacious and with a fantastic sea view, in order to enjoy your holiday! Many services and opportunities: you can contact us to request room service (and comfortably eat meals on the balcony of your room) or make order take away with the main delivery companies. Each room is sanitized with an ozone-based process, which can remove all bacteria, viruses, fungi and moulds; you will decide whether to take advantage of the room service and the frequency of cleaning. (All cleaning is done daily except for different requests / needs)

COMMON AREAS

We have created special signs in the common areas of the hotel to remind everyone of the need to maintain safety distances. The reception, the hall, the corridors, the toilets, the restaurant and the other common areas of the hotel are sanitized in line with the protocols, products and recommended health frequency. We have installed sanitizing columns with gel arranged in the meeting points of the hotel, at the entrance, lift and in the restaurant.

ONLINE CHECK-IN

Most of administrative procedures can be carried out online, limiting physical contacts. We have provided a way to independently enter the data of the documents and therefore speed up the procedures for collecting room keys without waiting. It will be necessary to show an ID upon arrival for a quick check. Once you reach the hotel, a person from the family will be able to go to the reception to assign the room while the other members will comfortably wait in the garden or in the common areas of the hotel. Guests can access the parking following the directions of our staff.

RESTAURANT

The breakfast service will be carried out in a large and spacious restaurant, with a splendid sea view, which guarantees the right distance between guests. We have rearranged the tables in the restaurant to allow all guests the right spaces and times for breakfast, from 8 am to 11 am. Our collaborators will serve you all options available right at your table (no buffet self service is possible at the moment). Each meal and drink will be served at the table on request.

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is ready! Our spacious private swimming pool of 100 m2 is ready to welcome our guests with the necessary measures and distances guaranteed by Paolo, our long service lifeguard. The presence of chlorine constantly monitored and the sun beds constantly sanitized and spaced will allow you to spend peaceful hours safely.

BEACH

Our beach in front of the hotel has relocated umbrellas and sun beds, ensuring the regulations provided for in the regional protocol in relation to the safe conduct of the bathing establishments. It is one of the longest and largest beach in Italy and there will be no problem to have space with umbrellas and sun beds…

STAFF AND GUESTS

In these weeks we have never stop and our first thought was always the safety of our collaborators. We have received and given all our collaborators specific training to guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
We believe in the common sense of our guests and that they will be careful to respect the rules we have learned in these weeks.
